[Question] Who will defeat Doflamingo ?

I just don't think that it will be Luffy. Doffy appears to be the strongest warlord Luffy has faced so far and the one with the most feats, Doffy has basically defeated everyone he fought. I think the only person on Dressrosa that can defeat Doffy is Fujitora , what do you think ?
