I would go with Smoker on this one. The same way Aokiji was defeated by Akainu to be the next fleet admiral, Smoker can defeat Akainu to be the next fleet admiral.
I know this is far fetched, but somewhere in future, i say why not..???

As the title says defeat not kill, so maybe Smoker will be the one to do this job.....

Obviously she kept it a secret from the world including Shanks, if the WG had known Ace's blood and by extension Roger's blood was still circulating they'd kill her like they tried to do with Protogas.
