Only an Uzumaki can host Kurama that is why they ask for Mito and Kushina from Whirlpool before. Naruto will probably give Kurama His freedom at His death along with the rest of the Tailed Beast. Then it maybe be hunt time for some people wanting their powers all over again,except for Kurama who they need an Uzumaki to seal in.
