Chocho, Bolt.

I think Sakura would spoil Sarada rotten, her love-obsession with Sasuke would transfer somewhat I imagine - that unrealistic, completely biased rose-tinted glasses "love". Bleh.

But fingers crossed Salad as inherited some Itachi-ness to avoid becoming a little sh*tty brat like both her parents were once upon a time.

I kind of pity Ino's kid, she's like Yoshino - Shikamaru's mom, I bet she terrifies him lol

To all the people saying Bolt:

I think Bolt is being a brat for not realizing that his father has an important job to do, but that is not the same as being spoiled. Naruto probably doesn't get to spend much time with Bolt in order to spoil him. Hinata (based on chapter 700) seems to hang with Himawari more often than Bolt. Therefore she probably doesn't spoil him. As for the argument about Bolt getting praise by the villagers for being son of the 7th, I don't think that is the case. When Konohamaru scolded Bolt, it sounded like these scoldings were a regular thing. Udon and Moegi's interaction with Naruto (when they told him about Bolt's prank) also makes it seem like Bolt is a frequent troublemaker. If the reactions of Konohamaru, Udon and Moegi are any indicator of the general opinion of the adults in Konoha about Boruto, then it doesn't seem like Bolt is showered with so much praise. Bolt's classmates also just seem to treat him as any other student. The new InoShikaCho kids all just dismissed Bolt when he talked about his prank and Sarada called him stupid (although she stalked him).

Conclusion : Bolt is a brat, but he does not seem to get a lot of praise and or attention to be considered spoiled.

Spoiling doesn't have a time limit - in fact, that limited time spent with the child seems to up the chances of them being spoiled. Gifts to buy them off and such, to meet their demands (money, items etc) with little resistence.

I can imagine Hinata overcompensating, for her own childhood and Naruto's absence.

ChoCho defiantly. Her mother apparently just lets her do as she please, hanging with Anko all day, skipping training etc., and Choji is just...Choji. Not the type of fathers to set things right with their children from the beginning. He's a little lenient like that. Add to this that Anko herself isn't doing her any favor, either.
And then there's Boruto and maybe Himawari.
