[Discussion] Who will be the first to take the Yonko spot

So for now we have Kid,Apoo and Hawkins going after Big Mom and Luffy/Law were ment to go after Kaido (which now seems to take a step back as the current situations progresses.I still believe they will do it.but it will take a long time for us to get to that point)

Once the first Yonko falls who do you think will take the spot?
I believe that Yonko are just too strong for them to take them out in small numbers.I can see all of the supernova (or atleast the strongest ones) clashing on some island that they wound up on by accident or w/e and turn themselves into a short allyed group.Then they would go for a Yonko of their choosing.If they beat him/her it would still be hard to see who would actually become the next Yonko.Actually none of them would even deserve the spot if it took so many of them to bring one down.They couldnt hold the spot for long.It would be cool if instead of taking the spots they just go after all of them and bring the Yonko stable down for good.This would cause real damage and bring actual chaos to OP world.Also if someone does take a spot they should also fall introducing a new major player in the NW.

What are your thoughts on how all this will play out?

I like your idea about destroying the whole Yonko system. I can see that happening, since Luffy has been destroying the system from the beginning.

Kid will definately be the first one to become Yonko. I think the Yonko system will still stay once Luffy becomes PK. I mean the PK doesn't rule over the seas and isn't necessarily stronger than the Yonko. Roger was=WB and WB was a Yonko whereas Roger was PK. Pirate King is a title given to Roger because he had wealth, power and everything a pirate would want. He didn't rule over the seas. That's what the Yonko are for.

They dont even have to bring down all of them,1 is enough to cause major problems in the power balance in the OP world.

I dont think the yonko existed in Rogers time.It was probably introduced later as with the schibukai to organize the power scale and keep evreything in balance.Roger isnt equal to WB.He was stronger by a small margin.

Well we don't know that yet. But having a PK and still having Yonko isn't impossible as the PK doesn't rule over the seas.

No he wasn't. Oda himself portrays them as equal and rivals. Roger never beat WB and WB never beat Roger. WB was said to be the only man to match Roger (along with Garp) You can't put Roger above him if he hasn't actually beaten him.

You do realize Garp and Roger nearly killed eachother countless times right? Therefore Garp was definitely in their tier.

Aside from the wealth and all, the real reason why he was called the Pirate King was because he was the only pirate who Conquered the Grand Line.

Roger caught the disease 4 years before he became the pirate king. Edd war happened 1 year later and by that time Garp was all over his ass. IMO that they had a long history,, SW OVA shows that Garp was already Admiral level "in terms of strength" when Edd war happened. He had been probably chasing Roger when he was weak so its safe to assume that Garp had been chasing Roger from several years, from when Roger was healthy.

I think the Kidd alliance will de-throne BM before Law's alliance does. Since they appear to have no stops and were just heading straight to BM. Whereas Law & Co. went to Dressrosa and are know heading too Zou then possibly Wano.

You cant just piss off one Yonkou and then go after someone else

Considering that he already challenged BM he wont be going after any othet Yonko now. If he pisses off BM and goes after Kaido then he'd have to face 2 Yonko at the same time. Which is practically suicide.

That would be cool if all of the Supernovas banded together and made an anti-yonko squad =D
Imagine Luffy vs all of the supernovas and Luffy being defeated when they choose to go after Shanks.
