minato has been acting weird ever since he arrived on the battlefield

wow i just i noticed naruto was right about the edo kages being careful
seeing as obito can take out edo's aswell

hiruzen bcoz he has no relevance to the plot (or at least not a lot), Minato bcoz he has to give the other kyubi half to Naruto. I think it makes sense for Tobirama to help stay longer and defeat Obito, seeing as he's the one who has a seal on Obito
