Obito ? nope that is reserved for someone much greater much smarter someone who is known and feared in every nation someone with an empire spanning across every border underground.Someone whose intellect foresaw the situation the shinobi world is in and planned for before it even happened.Someone who can read the uchiha tablet without the sharingan,mangekyo or a rinnegan.Someone who is virtually invincible with a wide range of ninjustu and knowledge of them.Some who is ridiculously strong without hax like infinite chakra or an undying body to propel them to be the villain.Someone who does not cover up there ambitions with a petty sob story or tries to justify his actions.Someone who knows everything or knows the path to who does.Someone evil someone like orochimaru. Orochimaru for final villain people !!!!!!

The brilliant psychotic scientist orochimaru will be the final villain once he gets his full power back after retaining his final chakra remnants from the rds that is when all his experimenting and the scroll he made up found by suigetsu will come into play.

Cant wait till Ten Ten pops out a Rinnegan and says she is the Sages direct Grandaughter and gets Itachi, Kakazu, Deidara , Sasori, Hidan, and Kisame as her 6 paths of pain with all of them having all the abilities of Rinnegan and she having perfect susanoo and having clones a tailed beasts chakra and implanting that along with senjuu Dna in her body. She will also acquire Toad Sage and Snake Sage Mode and fuse them together for Toad Snake Sage Mode and she will also Implant the Byakugan in her. Finally She will acquire Gaaras Sand defense and put the Juubi on a leash. There thats the final villain!

Orochimaru is the only villain that is alive at the moment: Kabuto is in a coma, Obito isn't a REAL villain he's a mindless puppet, Madara is a corpse, a mere husk of a man (BTW if Madara has been Edo'ed it means he finally died at some point), All of Akatsuki have fallen, Sasuke isn't a real villain, he like Obito is just going through a psychotic phase. The only reliable villain with a clear cut plan without being influenced by others and being some dead guy come back to life is Lord Orochimaru.
