True but I don't think there's enough distinguishing Caesar to validate him. Caesar's essentially a chemist 1st and biologist 2nd, he uses chemicals to change the body and he knows more about chemicals than anatomy. Chopper is the opposite he knows a little chemistry and potion making and knows a lot about healing.

As for the ship, Franky is the engineer and spent time in Vegapunks lab, THE top scientist and found a way to utilize the pacifista laser which if I remember are based of off or use Kizaru's power. Besides Franky there's Usopp who is also a skilled builder.

Did the interview say crew or fleet? Because it could be Bellamy joining the fleet(I hope not the crew)

Cesar Role definitely will not be only for the ship
his main Role is his inventions , chopper is a doctor and all his focus on medicines

Cesar is wanted from the government , the Yonko and others
because he can Create as i said many useful things
also his dream is to suppress vegapunk and be the best scientist , this is another hint he will join

what someone useless like Bellamy will do to benefit the strawhat crew ? nothing

he will redeem himself because we don't know much about him and why he is a villain

so since oda hints that a former villain will join its between him and crocodile
but i think he has a big chance joining

also because the comedy side of him is another reason to join

he will improve franky body as well

one of the reasons him to join , strawhat don't have a logia person in their crew

another reason is , cesar is representation of the best scientist vegapunk
just like Roger = luffy , usopp = Yasopp , etc

also he will help chopper alot because he has way more knowledge than chopper
since he is a scientist

will help usopp with his plants etc

Ceasar, knowing what he's capable of creating, ending up under the custody of any other pirate crew that is of equal or greater caliber as that of the SH crew means a problem for Luffy and co. so better yet keep him with SH.

Why would you think he would improve Franky's body and more so than him. I don't remember him showing much mechanical abilities I don't think he makes inventions like you're implying unless I'm forgetting something.

4 - it's kinda weird you said this , you yourself stated that Vegapunk was involved in mechanical inventions
when he planted or inserted kizaru's beams in Pacifistas , so why you think that Cesar as a scientist like Vegapunk
will not be involving in this with Franky body since franky is half cyborg ?

What has Caesar created? Usopp made Nami's weapons and learned to utilize foreign technology in the dials in the span of what was at best weeks, more likely days. Franky modified his body into a cyborg and has created dozens of war machines. He also spent time in the actual Vegapunk's lair and studied his works for 2 years.

The dream is a good reason but not him being hunted, a lot of people are wanted they don't/won't all join the SH's.

If the government is after you the best partner to have in hiding is a group fighting the government isn't it? Also Law and Caesar have had some bond growth since PH I'd say he's just as likely to go with Law.

Because Caesar seems to be more focused on Chemistry then mechanics or engineering instead focusing on DF's not machines. So I don't think he'd be as adept at building as Franky.

I agree and I do see where Caesar could help I just don't see a new unique area he could fill like the rest of the crew. His addition creates overlap.
