Who will be the best Rennigan User - Nagato VS Madara VS Obito

Obito obviously not good at it at all as he practically didn't use none.

Madara and Obito have been using the six path Justus without the rinnegan.

So this whole practice assumption is false

I've yet to see any rinnegan user other than Nagato use the (Kyukon No Jutsu/ Soul Removal). To me, this is the most powerful rinnegan jutsu.

Nagato learned it to a good level but that was just basic Rinnegan...

Obito made Rinnegan look 'Fodderjutsu'... He's neither a good wielder nor was he in anyway adept at using it...
