Madara is the current best. What did Obito have? chakra chains. Madara's Limbo move is even better than Nagato's Chibaku Tensei

Madara's use of it seems stronger than nagato's. Madara has much stronger deva and outer path than nagato
Obito only used outer path. Which he stated was superior to nagato's.

Are you really asking this? Madara is above the others by far.

Madara is the best (it's his eyes and he is freakin Madara).

Obito comes in second (he absorb Madara Sennin chakra and I'm pretty sure he used human path to rip out a piece of the bijuus chakra from Madara).

Nagato is last, he relies too much on only 6 Justus from the rinnegan.
Unlike Madara/Obito, Nagato hasn't shown any use of yin yang release/technique.
