Who/What is Zetsu?

I have no idea what zetsu is, how was he created?

No idea, but I am pretty excited for Kishi to tell us already. Zetsu was the third akatsuki we saw (after naruto vs. sasuke in part 1) and yet he's still so mysterious.

i dont understand why zetsu is labelled as a thing .. cant he just have a mum and dad like everyone else lol kisame looks like a shark and no ones complaining xD

no idea how he was created but i kinda figured who he is. we know white zetsu is hashiramas cells so black must be madaras cells just my opinion
