This is not a wank thread or a hate thread this is an appreciation thread post some of your favorite characters from any anime and why you like them they dont have to be the strongest in that anime but that could be a reason ill write a top list at the end for those that dont wanna read
When i was younger i was introduced to a magic show called dragonball z it hooked me on animes since Goku was such a simple main character yet very likeable he was strong cool basically superman but he worked for it amazing stuff to me as a kid Even though goku is awesome and undoubtedly stronger than him he takes second place to vegeta to me his back story his theme music his attitude evryhting was A-one the character couldnt have been written better in my opinion so for dbz
Vegeta takes it
Next is our magical gem naruto avy and user name speaks for itself but sasuke really does it for me this manga hes a boss kishi even states without sasuke in the story it would end quickly and it shows from the second we meet him and his character is so relatable its crzy being his age with all that power as well is just badass so sasuke takes the naruto gaulent imo
Yu yu hakasho is one of the greatest classsics in anime history its story is amazing and different and it's literally so hard not to put yuske in your top 5 cuz hes that badass his fights his character development jesus great stuff butt as much as i like yuske in yu yu hakasho my boy hiei is taking this hes short got a sad af backstory and he gives no fs any one can get cut up and its been shown that hiei is just below yuske the main character in battle strength if you havent seen it go watch it and check hiei out
hunterxhunter i was late on the uptake only just picking it up this year but man was the 2011 version of the anime flawless im also caught up on the latest manga chapter so i know exactly whats going on anyway this show is brilliant and so suspenseful its mind boggling the chimera ant arc is what made me put this on the list none of the above shows have brought a tear to my eye but when meruem dies you have to shed at least one tear its so brilliant and heart wrenching lol i sound like a bitxh but honestly one piece made a nicca cry wen going merry went out this one is so much sadder favorite character would have to be killua all day he controls lightning his bsckstory is crzy af he is a loyal ass friend and he whooped yuppis asssssss with godspeed nuff sed watch it
Last but certainly not least is one piece great show made me sad af wen merry went out i never get bored of it regardless how long it takes which is hard to say for any manga i enjoy this story so much its crzy how the development is from luffy and my favorite character zoro having nothing but a row boat to having a fleet of 5000 pirates under them? Its been such an incredible ride i love seeing the bounties raised and i love the crews interaction with eachother they each play their role perfectly...then luffy makes them seem crzy lol seriously aces death going merrys farewell rayleigh seeing roger in luffy all this stuff is incredible writing and to keep a story this massive going so well for so long is extremely impressive on too zoro epic back story 3 swords ? Ones black he was trained by the number one swordsman in the world just to surpass him ? With the latter knowing full well his intentions? What more can you want ?
Honorable Mention
One punch man great show/manga very hilarious genos is badass at times and very funny and likeable but saitama himself is what makes this interesting like what kind of being would survive serious consequitve punches from this guy ???and how on earth is he so strong lol it really makes you wonder
