lel. Saying rasengan needs the ultimate chakra control is the funniest thing I've read from a minato fanboy so far. If someone like Konohamaru can learn it, you bet anyone with his level of chakra control or better can do it too. Tsunade can easily do it if she knows the mechanics but even then she won't really use it because her punches > rasengan.

Tobirama was Hashirama's brother. He was from the same generation and the second strongest in their clan. He created the Jutsu which made Minato famous. He created the Jutsu that the main character uses the most, as well as being his signature technique and one of the best Jutsu. He also created Jutsu that allowed single characters to fight against thousands of Shinobi. With the same Jutsu 4 Hokage were revived and were able to help Naruto and the other Shinobi.

Hashirama and Tobirama were the only two Shinobi that were able to resist. If it wasn't for Orochimaru strengthening his technique with Hashirama's cells, Orochimaru couldn't control Tobirama.

Madara said Tobirama was the fastest Shinobi. Minato is slightly faster. But Tobirama is still one of the fastest Shinobi.

Tobirama has also been supassed by any shinobi that learned his jutsus . Oro , Kabuto Edo > Tobirama , Minato FTG > Tobi , Naruto Shadow CLones > Tobi . Ppl must stop saying that by inventing something u are god , no it just proves Tobirama was very skilled and int shinobi .
