The misunderstanding is high in this post. When i made my list i was NOT saying anyone was better than anyone. I was simply stating their individual MS techs based on the list provided by the OP. Also when I said GG after Kamui and KA, it was simply a weak attempt at a joke. I didn't mean it literally, just said things that various NB users would say regarding the person.

I see, as far as the list goes but my point about kakashi and shi sui are valid.

Shisui Uchiha - Kotoamatsukami , body flicker ,genjutsu

Think of it however you want , but Shisui's Kotoamatsukami could end every battle. All he has to do is look at you with his MS activated. KA in both eyes can only be used once each within a decade , but were not talking about who is strongest in a certain time frame were talking about who was strongest at their strongest.
Plus his shunshin speed we could place in Minato/Ay's shunshin speed range and not below anyone else who use shunshin because he is known for that as mastery or an expert.

Nope, ka didn't save him from danzo and all jutsu have a weakness, shi sui's best friend said that and the other shinobi to have ka which is itachi( via shi sui). Also, ka has never been used on another sharingan user and tsukoyami the next best genjutsu was countered via 3 tomoe sharingan. Even Mugen Tsukoyami is going to be countered which further implies every jutsu has a weakness and can be countered.

It is for MS only, not EMS.

And Danzo counts, he used Shisui's Kotoamatsukami which was an MS technique. Otherwise Kakashi wouldn't count either by that logic.

Does it count as ka...? What type of question is that? The crow eye was clearly shi sui's ms and itachi clearly used ka on himself to free him of edo tensei and itachi clearly said he programmed that ka to solo sasuke.

Nope, ka wasn't used on danzo, that was a basic sharingan genjutsu shi sui even told danzo as he walk away that it would wear off soon. If that was ka then that would defeat the purpose of shi sui stopping the uchiha clan coup since he said he was going to use ka to stop the coup. Anyway that was non canon because it was the anime and on nb the members follow only canonical which in other words mean we only follow the manga.

KA didn't save Shisui from Danzo because he didn't try to use it nor was he going to attempt to use it on Danzo because his mission was to use it on Fugaku (most likely) the head of the Uchiha clan and the brains of their rebellion.
Shisui with KA can give you a "bad" game plan (in your mind) and you will carry it out to your death without you knowing possibly until the very end. Basically he can tell you to do this and that for his own benefit, but I'm assuming you're talking about 1 vs 1 situations so there would be no outside interference and KA will be used successfully.

Since KA is a MS jutsu and Shisui didn't activate his MS did he? If its an MS jutsu and he didn't activate it then I think he only used a regular 3 tomoe genjutsu. I think , but I might have to go back and look at that FILLER to see for myself . Lol

How is it fail? You're saying Canon Shisui was supposed to use his KA on Danzo then? Where does it say that at in the manga?

I never said he was supposed to use his ka on shi sui, I simply followed your non canon point. I merely said is shi sui wanted his life he could have beat danzo with ka but since he didn't use it and underestimated danzo further implies his lack of battle intelligence and experience, by turning his back on a kage level shinobi and using a basic sharingan genjutsu on him despite most high level shinobi with good chakra control are able to break out of it.


Where in the manga does it say ka can't be countered? Nowhere but it does say all jutsu has a weakness...
