obviously... if he had 2 sons he had to have a woman that wasn't spoken of for some reason... i can imagine it being an uzumaki woman or just a random woman... but it would be really cool if was an uzumaki woman... let me know whatcha think.

It would be cool, and it would explain why uzamakis also seem to have the intense chakra of the elder son and why narutos nine tails mode has a similur aura to the sage of six paths.
exactly.. and the idea of izanagi.. is possible but i don't think it's likely he would do that considering he was a total badass and the father of all ninja... i'm sure all chicks he met with dropped there panties on command... ( his command that is ).. but they were happy to do so cuz he was the so6p.. lol... and then he fell in love with an uzumaki... or a decendant of the uzumaki...

Yeah those are good points so maybe she was Uzamaki. The bit about him making his sons using Izanagi is a bit weird but possible also...

doesn't the timeline go something like there were merely samurai fighters and such and there was fighting everywhere then the sage introduced the religion known as ninjutsu.
and since the different ninja clans were introduced after the teachings of the sage. technically we won't be able to classify the person he married with a clan at that time.
also, since the sons became the senju and the uchiha. if the person was indeed deemed to become a member of the uzumaki clan, than that would mean he has ties to both senju and uchiha.
but since we already know that uzumaki is only tied to the senju, that sort of makes it unlikely.

no because the senju themselves were decendants of the sage himself and that right there basically makes naruto have tyes to the uchiha as well... very week tyes but tyes none the less... not only that but uzumaki is the last name.. the thing that makes a clan is a bunch of them in one place.. that's all that really is.. soo it still could have been an uzumaki.. there just wasn't a clan at the time.. that's like saying i don't have a last name cuz my family wasn't established yet...
what i mean is... the senju and uchiha were the product of years and years gone by after the 2 sons of the sage were around... senju ralated to the younger son.. uchiha to the older son... uzumaki related to the senju automatically makes the uzumaki related the the son and the sage anyway... and since that's the case, that basically mean that naruto has ties to the uchiha and while i'm at it.. the senju did too this whole time and we hadn't known for awhile... now we know...

correct me if I'm wrong but the Uzumaki clan wouldn't be a clan yet since the Uzumaki is the distant relatives of the Senju clan and the Senju clan was started by the son of the so6p. hes a source if you don't believe me

Initially uzumaki was the first thing that came to mind but torosi squashed that theory.id rather it be a woman but lookslike its most likely Izanagi
