Who was the sickest villain?

Itachi:

Sickest Event: Slaughtered an entire clan. His own.

Most Redeemable Event: died by his younger brother as retribution for his heinous crimes while Giving him amazing gifts. Also slated his clan to prevent civil war.


Orochimaru:

Sickest Event: Murdered his own sensei while also destroying his own villiage

Most Reedemable Event: help aid his own sensei plus the entire Shinobi Alliance in the 4th Shinobi Ninja War


Nagato:

Sickest Event: capture and slaughter numerous Jinchuriki. Utterly Destroyed the villiage hidden in the leaves.

Most Redeemable Event: Ressurected everybody that he killed in the Villiage Hidden in the Leaves


Obito:

Sickest Event: killed thousands in attempt to achieve his Project Tsuki No Me

Most Redeemable Event: Helped to stop the entire world from being destroyed


Madara:

Sickest Event: Initiated Mugen Tsukiyomi which enslaved, hypnotized and gradually drain the entire human race

Most Redeemable Event: Stopped Hashirama from Killing himself or his younger brother.



My order from sickest to least sickest-

5. Nagato (he brought a bunch of ppl back)
4. Orochimaru ( by comparison didn't kill nearly as many ppl as the others)
3. Itachi (slayed his own people for the greater good)
2. Obito (was systemically manipulated and brainwashed to slaughter thousands)
1. Madara (a good man at heart that truly wanted peace but the means doesn't always justify the end)

Orochimaru by far.
He kidnaps people to use for brutal human experiments. Those people include innocent villagers who trusted and respected him, and even infants. He doesn't view them as actual people, only tools to use in his own quest for immortality.

He had a cult of personality in Otogakure. Kabuto, Kimimaro, the Sound 4, and more all viewed Orochimaru as a father figure or even messiah. He saved them. But really, they're all nothing to him. Their only value is what they can do for him.

When battling Hiruzen, he deliberately held back so the 3rd would be mentally tortured by fighting his own senseis and his favorite pupil at the same time. Orochimaru relished in his agony.
Not only that, but he assassinated the 4th Kazekage to better control Sunagakure and lead them into war.

And let's not forget all the bodies he's possessed over the years.

Finally, he toys with the forces of life and death. They're an amusement.

Brutal scientist who emerses himself in human experimentation. False messiah. Terrorist. Traitor. War monger. Completely and utterly selfish. Orochimaru is and always will be the sickest villain, and the best on top of that.

Black Zetsu is the worst. He tricked Madara, Obito, entire Akatsuki to do his will. So all those deaths each one of them commited goes to Black Zetsu's numbers.

Lets not forget, that Nagato also killed his own sensei without showing remorse. Although out of everyone on the list oro takes it big time.
He made this freaky a** face when battling Hiruzen. It made him call oro a demon.
