so if that prophecy didnt work with madara it would work with tobi

Well.."power in eyes" could be quite a few people because that was said before he fought Pain..

3.Nagato/Pain
4.Tobi

"Young man with power in his eyes" eliminates Madara and Tobi because both are old..Madara just looks young because of Edo..

Its probably Sasuke but it could of been Pain/Nagato as well considering how long ago it was that prophecy was told..then again you can't listen to that frog..he told Jiraiya he would train the child of prophecy..then when Naruto fought Nagato the frog said "Who would of thought both of Jiraiyas students were the child of prophecy.." indicating that Nagato or Naruto, no matter who won..was the child of prophecy, one being the bringer of destruction (Nagato) and one being the bringer of peace (Naruto)..so that frogs ability to see into the future is quite blurry and vague apparently..
