You can't even compare the Sharingan to the Rinnegan. Both operate differently, in many many many different ways. Hell Sasuke even used PP with the Rinnegan "offline" in a sense. His base is altered because of that Rinnegan, since it is always there. We still don't know the full effects of the Rinnegan and what it did to Sasuke, also for Naruto and his RSM power up. Tbh both seemed fine after pulling weapons out of their bodies, even Sasuke shrugged it off weirdly enough XD

Sasuke wasn't rusty or out of sync at all, but was totally all time great. Sakura was Sakura and Naruto went back to just juicing up on 9 tail fox steroids.
Even though I didn't like Kishimoto not showing Naruto & Sasuke full power, I can understand it. But what Sasuke did within this chapter was straight epic on a skill level (if you could follow the fight) and Naruto was rusty. This is how it should be within a manga, comic or Kung Fu movie. Which is the Wanderer get more skill and powerful and the settle downer get rusty (that why I like Kishimoto choice to have Sasuke walk the verse).
First off 1 arm Sasuke deflect all of Older Shin munipulated Kunia's with his sword within the air, then Older Shin grab Sasuke sword, cause Younger Shin can attack him. Sasuke then switches places with Younger Shin who was behind Older Shin and then Sasuke perform a 1 handed fire ball jutsu. Which then Older Shin counter by using his MS technique to put Younger Shin behind him, by making the weapon within Younger Shin hands go backward. Then after younger Shin was hit by the fire ball jutsu, the impact made him hit Older Shin in the back. Sasuke then switches places with Older Shin and grab his weapon back (all this before Sasuke land on the ground)
So everyone need to calm down, cause if Naruto wasn't rusty within battle and out of sync in fighting alongside Sasuke. This fight would have then been over within seconds, cause as soon as Sasuke switch places with Younger Shin and perform a 1 handed fire ball jutus. Naruto could of then perform a Naruto & Sasuke collaboration combination, by throwing a rasen shuriken and destroy them already (but he was to busy fanboying over Sasuke).\
Naruto & Sasuke shouldn't have to go full out god mode or half god mode to defeat these two clowns and should be skill enough at this age to defeat them at average level (Sasuke is, but your pimp Naruto need to get back on his shit).So sorry, Sasuke wasnt at all rusty within this battle like Naruto and they both wasn't Nerf (to much of Naruto standing their juicing up on full doses of 9 tail steroid injections, instead of fighting at base mode or sage mode first, made him lazy).\cell \lastrow\row}
