He wasn't 13 he was 15. Obito and kakashi are the same age. Kakashi was 15 during the kyuubi attack so was obito

There are only two options.

Option 1 is Obito.

Option 2 is Itachi.

Around this time is when Obito gained his mangekyo and esentially became invincible. The same goes with Itachi, but in a fight without prior knowledge of Obito's abilities I would think that at the same age Itachi would lose to Obito.

I'm going to vote Obito on this one, but in my opinion they are really close. If you give Itachi pretty much any Knowledge of Obito's abilities, I would say that Itachi wins.

Elite Cloud Ninja abducted Kushina. I say they were elite because I doubt they would send weak fodders to take the Kyuubi Jinchuriki and Minato solo'd them all neg difficulty and got Kushina back alone.

That was me. Obito beats everyone on that list easily except for Itachi. Obito was 13 in kakashi gaiden, the same age as Naruto, and not long after he unlocked his mangekyo which is the form of Obito I am going off of. Sure if you want to go off of two/one tomoe Obito, of course the answer is Itachi.
