Who is the most dangerous non-Leaf (never leaf - meaning not Tobi/Madara), living (not edo) shinobi (excluding Kage)? I'd say it would be Darui or Bee. Thoughts?

Idk if you would count hidan still alive though, be he was pretty dangerous.

Do they have to be living right now or can they be dead? If it was any point in their life it might be Nagato since he wasn't truly a leaf shinobi (or at least I think). If it's current then perhaps Killer Bee but I think I'm probably forgetting somebody important.
