Who was the kazekage before Gaara and AFTER his dad, meaning who was it BETWEEN that period.

NO ONE garra is the youngest kazekage and there was gap probably a year with no kazekage. i don't believe that there was no kazekage for 3 years. Garra was established as a great kazekage before akatsuki attacked.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong now.. but didnt Orochimaru kill the kazekage before the chunin exams in part 1? And wasn't it said that Sasori killed Gaara's father?:shrug:

Gaara also mentioned that his father tried to kill him numerous times during his childhood. So who the Kazekage was before Gaara, can't be his father.

Gaara's father was 4th Kazekage, he got killed a little before the Chuunin exams' final. Gaara is the 5th Kazekage.

No we read the question, it was just stupid. Gaara is the 5th Kazekage, and his dad was the 4th Kazekage, so how could anyone have been in between?

Was there a kazekage 4.5 somewhere that we all missed?
