If people really gone use that BS that Itachi is as fast as KCM Naruto then that makes Obito as fast as BM Naruto since he dueled him on even grounds, which makes Obito the fastest.

Obito took care of two KCM clones and the real Naruto with ease without moving his legs at all. He grabbed KCM Naruto more than once. He was following BM Naruto just fine as well. But that also means that KCM and BM Naruto isn't as mother****ing 'BBQROFLZOMGNOWAY' fast as people hyped him up to be.

That Body Flicker nonsense is garbage, and nothing but backpedaling and face-saving from the lot here. Itachi also kept up with Bee and KCM Naruto just fine. Bee is definitely faster of the latter two because of his feats, bar that one funny speed feat against Ae that was never repeated again by the way. I'll say both Itachi and Obito.

Obito by far, with both foot speed, reflexes and Kamui teleportation. Itachi is physically slower than Obito and obviously can't teleport, he was keeping up with a non serious Naruto that was only chatting, let alone fighting seriously, let alone using his full speed.
