Where is Minato and Hiruzen? I think Minato did the best and I'd also say Itachi too even though the only edo's that were canceled were the 5 jins. Naruto/Kakashi/Guy/Bee would probably never make it to see the SA and hokages to save them.

The ninja alliance split their forces and sent them to different locations, and Obito and Kabuto just sent their army to fight them.

This war arc is and embarrassment when it comes to strategy.
