Hashirama - Time spent - A few years. War ends, then another starts. Dies.

Tobirama - Time spent - Not a whole lot longer. War going on. Dies.

Hiruzen - Time spent - F***ing ages. War ends. Retires.

Minato - Time spent - Very short time. No wars. Village attacked by giant monster. Dies.

Hiruzen again - Time spent - 13ish years. No wars, then village attacked by Orochimaru. Dies.

Tsunade - Time spent - 4 years. VIllage destroyed by Pain. Village rebuilt. War starts. War ends. Retires.

Kakashi - Time spent - 4ish years. Village not destroyed at all. No wars. minor incident involving the moon falling. Retires.

Naruto - Time spent - ???. Village attacked by Momoshiki. Later, Village destroyed by Kawaki. Possibly dies.


So, Kakashi. A good hokage, above all else, does not have the village destroyed.

But Uchiha Clan was even more stupid. except for Itachi.
