Heres some info from Naruto.wikia.com

Iruka umino

Background
Iruka's parents were killed twelve years before the start of the series defending Konoha from the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. His family gone, Iruka thereafter became a prankster, trying to gain attention and stave off the loneliness. He would spend his time at the monument where his parents' names were engraved, and in his darkest moments would be cheered up by the Third Hokage. Mizuki was a close friend of Iruka back then and usually made him feel better, but eventually his intentions became an act just to get the Hokage's approval.
Personality
Although he owes his sad childhood to the demon fox, he has no hostility towards its container, Naruto Uzumaki. He can relate to Naruto's efforts to win recognition and the feeling that he is alone in the world. Because of this, Iruka goes to lengths to make Naruto happy even when the rest of Konoha ostracizes him. Naruto has since come to view Iruka as a father-figure, and will not allow anyone to harm him. The two enjoy their favorite ramen dish at the Ichiraku Ramen Bar whenever Naruto returns from a mission, where Iruka gets an opportunity to see how Naruto is developing as a ninja.

Jiraiya aka Legendary Sannin aka Pervy sage

Background
The First Meeting of Team SarutobiAs a child, Jiraiya and his former teammates, Orochimaru and Tsunade, were students of the Third Hokage. Jiraiya's relation with his team mirrored that of the future Team 7 with Jiraiya being quite similar to Naruto. After leaving the Third's tutelage, he traveled the world and discovered the residence of the toads, a species he proved to have a natural affinity for. During this time, Jiraiya is told a prophecy concerning him and his students, which states that they will decide the fate of the world. During a war, the team consisting of Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade came to battle "Salamander" Hanzo of the Rain village. Hanzo was so impressed that they survived the attack that he gave them the title of "Legendary Three Ninja" (伝説の三忍, Densetsu no Sannin) to indicate their status as the strongest ninja in Konoha (which he ordered they refer to themselves as an exchange for fighting Konoha any further).
Once the battle was over, Jiraiya encountered three orphans from Amegakure; Konan, Yahiko, and Nagato. While Orochimaru suggested they kill them to spare them the cruelty of the world, Jiraiya decided to look after them for a time and taught them Ninjutsu before leaving them so that they could pursue their own goals. Although news of their exploits reached him from time to time, he thought them to have died during an undisclosed incident. Presumably leaving the three, Jiraiya began to travel the Naruto world and write his book.

Jiraiya and his genin students, including Minato Namikaze (later known as the Fourth Hokage)Once becoming a Jonin capable of leading a squad, Jiraiya became the teacher of Minato Namikaze and two other unknown Genin. Years later, when Orochimaru betrayed Konoha and fled the village, Jiraiya pursued him, trying to convince his friend to come back. Orochimaru refused, and attacked Jiraiya. While he tried to find a reason for Orochimaru's defection, he eventually realized that his friend wasn't coming back. Feeling he was responsible for Orochimaru's escape, Jiraiya left Konoha so he could follow Orochimaru's movements as well as the organization Orochimaru eventually joined, Akatsuki. In doing so, Jiraiya was unable to fulfill the Third's wishes of taking on the role of Hokage, knowing that tracking down Orochimaru was more important. A few years before Orochimaru's defection, Jiraiya finished his first book that had failed as a seller. Minato, now the Fourth Hokage, however thought the book was excellent, he and Kushina Uzumaki decided to name their son after the main character in his book, Naruto, thus making him Naruto's godfather.
Personality
Despite the fact that he left Konoha for many years, Jiraiya had maintained a strong allegiance with his hometown. During Orochimaru's invasion of Konoha, he helped fend off the invading forces in order to protect the village. When Konoha found itself in need of a new Hokage after the Third Hokage's death, despite turning down the offer to fill the role, Jiraiya volunteered to look for Tsunade so that she could become the Third's successor after turning down the position himself. His reason for refusing the position was, among other things, that he felt unworthy to take the role since he failed to save either of the previous Hokages from dying. After he found Tsunade and began to suspect that she may be assisting Orochimaru, he made it clear that he would kill her if she betrayed the village. However, once it became clear that Tsunade was still loyal to Konoha and later accepted the title of Hokage, Jiraiya served as her most trusted advisor, loyal confidante, and personal spy into the dealings of Akatsuki and Konoha's enemies. In the end, Jiraiya's loyalty to both Konoha and its Hokage was probably stronger than any other individual of the village.

Jiraiya was a self-proclaimed super-pervert with no equal and a frequent voyeur, going so far as to create the Transparent Escape Technique to allow him to spy on naked women without being caught (doing "research" as he calls it, even as a child). He never actually hid his perversion and even seemed proud of it, as seen when he told the Third Hokage about it when he was still a child. Despite this, Jiraiya didn't like being called Ero-sennin (エロ仙人; English TV "Pervy Sage"; Literally meaning "Perverted Hermit" or "Erotic Hermit") by Naruto Uzumaki in front of others.

Jiraiya's perversion has been used against him on occasion's, as seen when Naruto got Jiraiya to start training him after a simple display of the Sexy Technique. When two Akatsuki members later tried to distract Jiraiya, they use a hypnotized woman to catch his eye and keep him busy. While their effort initially succeeded, Jiraiya eventually saw through their plot due solely to the fact that women do not typically express interest in him. His peeping habits have also caused him great injury on one occasion; when caught spying on Tsunade in his younger years, she proceeded to break both of his arms, six of his ribs, and ruptured a number of organs as punishment. As a result of such injuries, Jiraiya now retains a rather healthy fear towards his former teammate and usually attempts to suppress his perverted ways when in Tsunade's presence.

Some time after leaving Konoha, Jiraiya became an author of adult novels, his most popular work being "Make-Out Paradise" (イチャイチャパラダイス, Icha Icha Paradaisu), a personal favorite of Kakashi Hatake. The novels were based on his rejections in love that he retold in a comical way. In a filler episode of the anime, Naruto ghostwritten one of Jiraiya's Icha Icha novels and the book was found to be very popular, indicating that Naruto is capable of writing on the same level as Jiraiya, or that Jiraiya's writing abilities were no better than those of a child. Tsunade seemed to suspect that the latter is true, as she noted that a report on the Onbaa he wrote as a child, accompanied by crude crayon illustrations, was poorly written. The popularity of the Icha Icha series seemed to have paid off well, as Jiraiya's checkbook revealed that he was fairly wealthy. Despite his wealth, Jiraiya was not above taking Naruto's money and spending it on sake and women, and frequently disappeared when Naruto attempted to make him pay. Underneath all other traits, however, was an interesting philosophy that is revealed in a flashback during Naruto's Sage training. It was shown that he felt that hatred for one's companions and friends was spreading, as shown by Orochimaru and Sasuke. He then said he hoped his books could change things and asked Naruto if he could help stop the hatred if Jiraiya failed, a request which Naruto happily agreed to.

Jiraiya had also been known to show off even during a fight. This showing off typically took the form of traditional kabuki poses, keeping with his hermit theme. He became annoyed if he was interrupted for whatever reason while trying to strike a pose.

Jiraiya could also become extremely serious in battle or when he was about important business (i.e like when Naruto says he wanted to give himself to the Akatsuki) and often had a serious voice in his head but he never said what he was thinking or discussed important matters with another person. He could also be quite perceptive, as seen when Naruto tried to walk over the surface of shallow water with Jiraiya as audience; Jiraiya quickly discerned that there was something within Naruto that was disrupting the chakra's circulation around the boy's body, leading him to undo Orochimaru's Five-Element Seal.

Kakashi Hatake aka Konoha's White Fang

Background
Kakashi is the son of the genius ninja, Sakumo Hatake who had respect on par with the "Legendary Sannin". Like his father, Kakashi since a young age has been known as an extremely gifted ninja, regarded by many as the best of his generation. He graduated from the academy top of his class at the age of 5, and then becoming a Chunin a year later. However, his success came at a great loss; his father, once well respected in the village, fell into disgrace after choosing to save his comrades rather than complete a mission, causing Konohagakure to suffer in the war effort. Dishonored, Sakumo committed suicide after deep depression and a drop in his skills, which caused Kakashi to lead his life strictly by the ninja code. His White Light Chakra Saber, for which his father was nicknamed, was given to Kakashi.

Young Kakashi with Team Minato. He went on to become a part of the Team Minato, led by the future Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, with Obito Uchiha and Rin, a medic-nin. Kakashi's relationship with Obito and Rin was very much similar to that of Sasuke's relationship with Naruto and Sakura respectively as he was the indifferent genius who shared a complicated relationship with his teammates that later developed into a close friendship.

Personality
During the early parts of Kakashi's childhood, he was rather cheerful and like everyone else in the village greatly respected his father, Sakumo. Kakashi idolized his father until the day Sakumo abandoned a crucial mission in order to save his companions' lives, but because of that, the Land of Fire suffered a great loss and everyone in the village blamed him. In the end, even the companions Sakumo saved blamed him. From that mission, Sakumo's mind and body became weak and he committed suicide. Sakumo?s disgrace as Konoha?s White Fang left Kakashi somewhat resentful of his father, causing Kakashi to discourage any resemblance he had to him. After his father?s death, Kakashi decided to live his life strictly by the ninja code; the Fourth Hokage assumed that Kakashi did so in the belief he needed restore honor to his clan. His ideals, however, often came to clash with Obito Uchiha?s concept of teamwork, which Kakashi initially brushed off. It was only after hearing the words of Obito when he set off to rescue Rin that Kakashi realized how wrong he?d been about his father and followed his father's example to aid his friends. Because of Obito?s self-sacrifice, he?d come to value the lives of his comrades over any rule, a notion that he would later apply in his assessment of Genin teams.

Over the years, it became clear that Obito's death profoundly changed Kakashi, and Kakashi adopts many of Obito's traits such as being more cheerful yet laid back outside of missions and compassionate to others. Unfortunately, he also adopted some of Obito?s bad habits such as his chronic tardiness, due primarily to losing track of time during his frequent visits to Konoha's memorial site, where Obito's name is engraved. Ironically, this very habit was one that Kakashi was always annoyed at Obito about. He also decided that the mission was no longer the #1 priority when compared to his friends and allies. One of the more important and noteworthy trait he acquired of Obito was his concept of teamwork, which is most clearly seen in the way Kakashi tests newly-graduated students hoping to become a squad under him. He uses the bell test to test his students to see if they can work together despite knowing at least one ninja would fail regardless.

Despite these changes, some of Kakashi's previous personality traits remained, particularly, his bluntness and dispassion. At times Kakashi tends to push everyone away, though he means well. Noting that everyone close to him is already dead, he is unwilling to let others get close to him. However, this changed upon meeting Team 7; during the course of their partnership, Kakashi acted as a brotherly figure to the group, often giving them helpful advice when needed.

At the start of the series, Kakashi was characterized as carefree and laid back. He rarely shows any excitement towards anything in his daily life. Even when he gave Team 7 their final exam, he showed more interest in his book than how each of his potential students performed. Like Shino Aburame, Kakashi has a rather solitary and matter-of-fact attitude. His calm and detached demeanor has been called ?cool, hip, and trendy? many times by Might Guy. Despite his increasingly growing reputation and prowess as a ninja, Kakashi shows no arrogance; rather is very modest about his abilities. His naturally calm attitude is used to his advantage in battle as it is easier for him to maintain his composure to stay focused on the situation at hand and ultimately notice everything around him. Through this, he can make keen and thought-out decisions allowing him to stay steps ahead of his opponents.

Despite his nature in everyday life, he has shown to be a very responsible and dedicated man when it matters. As he learned from Obito, Kakashi knows what it means to have devotion to what is important in life; people he cares for. He does everything in his power to protect his village and allies. Even his signature jutsu, the Lightning Blade, was made on the principle of duty and perfected on the principle of protecting loved ones.

Despite his strong belief in cherishing and protected loved ones, Kakashi's personal life is almost non existent beyond his life as a ninja and has shown no signs of attempting to make friends or find love. And though he states he has many hobbies the only one that seems true is his love for Jiraiya's adult novel Make-Out series. From Team 7's graduation from the Academy up to their first mission after Naruto's return, Kakashi has been seen reading Make-Out Paradise (イチャイチャパラダイス, Icha Icha Paradaisu), Make-Out Violence (イチャイチャバイオレンス, Icha Icha Baiorensu), and Make-Out Tactics (イチャイチャタクティクス, Icha Icha Takutikusu). Make-Out Tactics ends up being his downfall during the second bell test with Naruto and Sakura as the two came rushing at him with Naruto about to reveal spoilers causing Kakashi to cover his ears so he couldn't hear them speak, and closing his eyes so his Sharingan eye couldn't read their lips while Naruto and Sakura took the bells. Considering the book is rated for eighteen years and over, possibly pornographic, and a true story about Jiraiya's life of love, it is possible that Kakashi has a romantic side that he keeps secret. When he had to read out some of the books' contents he was very embarrassed and even Shikamaru looked surprised. Kakashi's favorite foods are broiled saury with salt and miso soup with eggplant, with his least favorite being tempura.

Minato Namikaze aka Fourth Hokage aka Konohas Yellow Flash
Early Life
According to those who knew him, Minato was a very talented ninja, having been considered a genius that appeared once a generation. Graduated from the Academy at the age of ten, he came under the tutelage of Jiraiya, and under his guidance, learned to develop his skills. Impressed with Minato's determination to succeed, Jiraiya took it upon himself to make him his apprentice and teach the latter his skills, including the Toad Summoning Technique. Minato quickly mastered the technique, being the only person to fully control Gamabunta, a feat not even his sensei or his son could do as of now. His skills would further grow with the development of his own jutsu, including the Rasengan, though never completed to his full intentions, and the Flying Thunder God Technique.

After attaining the rank of Jonin, Minato was given direction of his own team, which consisted of Kakashi Hatake, Rin and Obito Uchiha. Along with Kakashi, Minato's reputation greatly increased during the Third Great Shinobi War, where his skills earned him the moniker of Konoha's Yellow Flash.

Minato with his students: Rin, Obito Uchiha, and Kakashi HatakeAs a gift for Kakashi's advancement to Jonin, Minato gave him a unique kunai marked with one of the Flying Thunder God transportation markers. Shortly afterwards, he informed the team of their mission: destroy a bridge that aided the enemy Rock ninja force. For the mission, Kakashi took Minato's place as commander of the team while he went to a different battlefield, where he was able to defeat a large number of Iwagakure ninja singlehandedly. His team, however, was unable to complete their mission, as differences between Obito and Kakashi lead the team to be caught in a trap. Obito was unable to survive the mission. Instead, helping Kakashi save Rin by giving Kakashi his Sharingan eye before being completely crushed by rocks. When Rin used Kakashi's kunai, Minato arrived and easily defeated the Iwagakure ninja. Unfortunately, by the time he arrived, Obito was already dead, though he managed to save Kakashi and Rin. They would later go on to fulfill their mission and help repel the invasion.

Personality
Jiraiya and Tsunade point out that, while Naruto physically bears great resemblance to Minato, his personality and style of ninjutsu are almost identical to his mother. This and an earlier statement from Jiraiya on the mission to retrieve Tsunade imply that Naruto and Minato had somewhat different personalities.

This was evident earlier in the Kakashi Gaiden arc where Minato behaved in a calm and collected but kind and cheerful manner, while dispatching sage-like advice and sound military sense years beyond his age when necessary. When faced with an enemy, he could kill in cold blood, and seemed well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes. He appeared to be respectful of those around him, as he was reproachful of freely speaking of others' pasts, not at all concerned about putting his faith in Jiraiya in regards to his son's upbringing, and was said to have been a very nice person.

Jiraiya has said that Minato was a shrewd person and was not the type to do something without reason. All in all, Minato was known for an unbeatable determination and unbelievable drive which he passed on to his son.

Jiraiya noted that, although he was quite a genius, Minato's greatest aspect was his desire to succeed, largely attributing his success to hard work, another trait passed on to Naruto.

I think Iruka and Jiraiya was more of a father to Naruto. I wouldn't be seurprised if Naruto didn't care for the 4th as much. How about you? what do you think ?

Hm... I'm stuck between J-man and Iruka. I'm leaning more towards Iruka though. He was there for Naruto when no one else was. Jiriya was barely even going to teach him until he showed him the sexy jutsu. I think that Jiriya grew into a father figure for Naruto but wasn't always that way. But either way I'm still stuck lol.

Kakashi starts to care about Naruto more in part 2. "I believe you are the only one that can surpass the 4th Hokage" that line was amazing.

As most people, I was a bit stuck between Iruka and Jiraiya but I picked Iruka. Mainly because Jiraiya, loving though he was, didn't relate to Naruto as much as Iruka did. Iruka had a more in-depth bond with Naruto and as we can see, that bond still very much exists.

I would have to stay between Iruka and Jiraiya. Both were great to him. However if we look at it. Iruka basically was his father until he got the stage after he became a Genin. Jiraiya then basically came in after he became a Genin and started to train really hard. To me. I would say both. I can't really say because both did so much for him and they both were just fantastic to him.

Iruka and Kakashi are more like good friends than father figures. Minato is a dad that left, most sons would consider that un-father-ie.

J-man is the best pick. I vote J-man

I voted Iruka though he has been much longer with J-man. Why? Iruka is the only one who sporadically took care of him in a more fatherly way, feeding him and showing some respect and compasion.

J-man always treated him as a student, except when he gave him ice creams.

I voted for Jiraiya, but Iruka was most fatherly figure. Iruka was worried about him when he was assigned to Kakashi's team. He questioned the third hokage about kakashi and how he treated his students etc. He tried to keep tabs on Naruto whenever possible and was there in chunin exams. He had to ask Anko for a favour in order to be there.

When Jiraiya died he seeked him out ...

I voted wrongly.

Jiraiya was his god father and guardian figure.

Kakashi definitely played favorites for a long time. He had kind of left Naruto during chunin exams in hands of another teacher. If Naruto hadn't seeked Jiraiya out, he would have been nowhere.

Interesting fact is that team seven was the only team Kakashi ever passed in tha bell test and all three got a sanin to train themselves....
