Who was kisame reffering to?

In that page you'll see kisame saying that he knows 2 other shinobi's as skilled as gai in taijutsu. Who was he reffering to?

You're the third person that uses that level of taijutsu, that means there are other 2...

They could be:

Itachi,This is an option because kisame has seen him fight and itachi good at taijutsu (not even close to gai IMO, but i can'se think of another skilled shinobi at taijutsu that kisame HAS SEEN )

Zabuza, Very arguable option since he showed a lot of strenght and speed and kisame knows him, yet he's not even close to Gai's taijutsu....

Obito/ Yagura - Since Kisame knows those 2, don't forget that...

I just gave some options, who do you think kisame was reffering to?

He didn't mean any relevant characters in particular, I'm pretty sure.

I believe it was a mistranslation. The *********** translation mentions nothing of this, and I doubt the manga would introduce new characters more proficient than Gai in Taijutsu at this point.

I think it was just a translation issue. Guy is definitely the best at taijutsu. Plus Kisame fought him three times

As many before me said, it was a translation issue: sorry to make you over-think this. This was the third time Kisame fought Gai, meaning the translation should have been something like "Though it's the third time I've seen you" instead of "Though you're the third I've seen".

I have seen in anime Kisame Said that "It is the third time i'm facing you and u have got that jutsu up your sleeve"

the only Taijutsu user I could imagin to be at the same level as guy would be the one that was intreduced in this weeks Anime Filler Episode (not cannon so it don't count really)

and I wanted to say Lee, but I'm pretty sure he is inferior to guy, sure he might surpass him in the future, but currently guy is stronger.

(and I also agree with the translation argument here)
