Correction... Jiraiya treated Minato and Naruto as son and grandson, respectively but I believed Naruto was his favorite pupil due to exceptional many similarities especially their pervert persona.

I believe Jiraiya felt an intense love for all of them. Asking who's Jiraiyas flavor item is like asking a father to choose his favorite son. It's something that really can't be answered. He probably loved the all equally. Even Konan, and Yahiko just as much.
