Who was in more pain? Naruto or Sasuke?

I say it's about equal. Being a child not knowing love and essentially being hated for reasons beyond you is tough. On the other side losing what you have always loved is tough as well. Memories can be painful but also joyful. Having only bad memories is pretty bad. It's really hard to choose between the two pains.
