I don't care if they become equal later when they go all out. However, right now Naruto is out of Sasuke's league. Also, KCM Naruto isn't portrayed equal to "not fully trying" Sasuke. Current KCM Naruto has a fraction of his KCM chakra as was shown by him not making clones and when he tried to go BM.

So if anything, "almost out of chakra" KCM Naruto = "Not fully trying" EMS Sasuke.

just becasue naruto can't go BM doesn't mean hes almost out of chakra, he can use kcm and sage mode just fine, he is choosing not to make clones because that would be counter productive

As far as i know Orochimaru has never lost to Jiraiya. Obito with all his skills lost to kakashi(bullshit) so Obito has never beaten him. Sasuke embodies once in a decade so on this alone they will be simioar but Sasuke will probably win.
Im probably going to get flamed but I cant see a rational reason to why Naruto will win. Nobody beats a prodigy this is kishis rule. Who knows he may unleash the kishiton(plot hole release) and prove hes still boss

That wouldn't really make sense, Kishi has devoted a lot of the manga to Naruto learning to use his abilities as a Jinchuriki, not much point if he loses them.

Plus its been an integral part of Naruto's character that he is supposed to be a freak.
