I think this game should be similar to Naruto Ninja Storm Generations, but only with more options and stuff, walk around etc. Like any other MMORPG

Lol thats true, but i think the mods and devs might come up with a balance system.

I know 1 group who is busy with it but they dont have good staff members, which could lead up to epicly long release dates and horrible graphics

True, but I don't see CC2 doing this, they make fighters, not MMOs.
Maybe the people from DBZ Online could do it.

I guess that be cool too, like Skyrim or Dragon Age. But sooner or later I think CC2 (Makers of Naruto Ninja Storm) might improvise on something like that, since I've seen billions of people sharing the same idea.
