Who Wakes Up With A Mightier Power (Naruto OR Sasuke)

I've been thinking this: That before they "died", Naruto
was undoubtedly stronger than Sasuke. But at their
awakenment, who's going to be stronger...
I know most would say Naruto because he has the power
of all the Bijuus...
What about Sasuke?

I realized becoming the juubi host doesn't give a
rinnegan. Why? because, if it did, obito's right eye
would have changed to rinnegan when he became the
Juubito. So naruto won't get it! unless, perhaps he's
able to completely transform into the chakra version of
the Juubi where those powers would be available
temporarily...

How certain are you that Sasuke will get mokuton? That would give Sasuke yang powers and that means that Naruto and Sasuke doesn't represent the younger son and older son like most are saying.

EDIT: Hashirama said that the justu works in response to his senjutsu, he didn't say senjutsu in general. Also, it's a one time jutsu

He had kurama eyes only in BM so its the same for the Juubi Jinchuriki

Sasuke. His PS already encased his inferior, SM fueled Armour. Getting the Rinngegan and SM will make him a forced to be reckoned with. Naruto will need some serious boot to be anywhere near this.
