Who Utilized the Rinnegan Better ?

Who do you think was better with the rinnegan in terms of variety not power

1. Nagato

2. Obito

3. Madara

In my opinion it was Nagato because he utilized each of the paths and they all had their own unique abilities besides the rinnegan even though the rinnegan gave them the abilities.

Obito could have been first but he could have done more with the jinchuriki he had
