Who uses the Rinnegan better, Sasuke, Madara, or Nagato?

Among the three nagato is probably atm the weakest, yet he uses it the best and in the most proficient way.

Obito used it pretty effectively since he controlled 6 jins. Nagato used it nicely and needed itachi, B and naruto to defeat him. Madara used it the best seeing as he made it rain meteors, used limbo and activated IT. Can't say anything about sasuke yet coz we haven't seen everything but so far it's looking pretty good. His shifting tech is what might make him the best rinnegan user.

He said weakest because of the fact that he wasn't able to use ALL of the abilities that comes with the Rinnegan. So yeah in that aspect he is the weakest user, but by far the most efficient

Nagato has more experince in using rennigan using as per Feats

But there is a lot of missing part like At what age did Madara awaken his Rennigan? If he has awakened soon after Hashi battle at final valley than Madara has More Experince with the Rennigan using his weakened body

Nagato had years of training, sasuke is obviously a natural at using it, so is Madara.

By weakest I meant his techniques were on the smallest scale, because sasuke just got his and effortlessly made 9 cb at once, and we saw what madara did.

But nagato was the most proficient because he used them properly with optimal precision.
Technically he was the best.
Though we still haven't seen all of sasuke...

Nagato.......

No one can deny that fact, for those who don't.... Open your eye's.

Nagato was able to fight and destroy all of Konoha with relative ease..... He then proceeded to fight naruto and the frog summons which led to the fight of the 6/7/8 tailed Naruto (which lets be honest here.... That bloodlust naruto would hammer the living **** out of sasuke, Madara and "Naruto"). Nagato showed the best use of the renningun and it's abilities, as he showed large scale attacks and more then a singlur jutsu (everyone has stated this, while also stating that he was the weakest!?!?!). People need to understand that the 6 paths of pain are weaker then the original.... Which is a manga fact. When Nagato himself used those techniques Naruto stated that it's on a whole different league!!!
He was then defeated by the 3 top notch ninja's that many people statue as the strongest/godlike ninja's within naruto (who by the way had a hard time fighting Nagato, while being controlled/manipulated and immobile.

Some of nagato's techniques:
1) Ability to control gravity "push and pull"
2) Ability of life and death (singular or large scale)
3) Ability to control/summon godlike creatures.
4) Ability to control/summon the Gedo Mazo
5) Ability of technology (Metal like body, missiles, lasers
6) Ability to absorb Chakra.

All those used by the 6 paths of pain which has already been conformed to be on a much smaller scale/power when Nagato himself is using it.

Nagato.... Seriously is the best...... All this is when there was something called chakra unlike now :/

By Feats, It's obviously Nagato since he's the one that introduced the Rinnegan. By hype, It's Madara since he's the original owner and by time I'm willing to bet Sasuke will be much better than Nagato at using the Rinnegan.
