the top left panel who aparently is minato after all the posts ive seen. Anyways there appears to be japanese writting above the ! in the text panel. Does anyone know what that stands for?

ビクッ "Biku" it's like wince, flinch, startle. Obito's scream is startling. There are different kinds of biku, and this one ends with 'tsu' so he's kind of frightened by the sound.
