I would actually label that as wishful thinking on your part.

According to everything up until this point I would have to say that Haku is the only one to display actual transsexual tendencies through cross-dressing but aside from that he didn’t really act homo or so I thought. I guess Lee and Gai are questionable with their obsession for one another but hey it may just be another friendship thing.

Naruto considers Sasuke "the brother he never had" with that in mind I don't consider that homo. Aside from Sasuke refusing Karin I don’t see anything that would warrant him as a homo besides an aversion toward that character. I don’t think Sai is gay either, it was just that some of the books that he read misguided him.

EDIT: I would guess that Orochimaru can be seen as homo for his lust for an Uchiha body, haha.
