Obito is mentally retarded.
First the useless little kid can't even use Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu and Sharingan until he's a teen. Second he can't even dodge a bolder. Third he's only half human and would rather see the world destroyed just so he can fall into some lame Genjutsu so he can see Rin again. Ffs just get Kabuto to reanimate her so he can go away.
