Minato can't stop the rinne birth jutsu, he could have killed Obito but Kakashi would probably turn on him for that. Espically after that flash back talk no jutsu.

Also, Minato nor did anyone else but Naruto, Hashirama, 5 kages, and obito knew about Madara wanting to bring himself back to life. Stating that its also Obito's own fault.

Minato just stood there and watched black zetsu take Obito over. Can't really blame Sasuke or Kakashi because they were gonna kill Obito's ass. Blaming Sai is the same as blaming a random person on the other side of the planet. He wasn't near Obito so he could do nothing about the revival.
