Well... supposedly the curse mark destroys his optical nerve upon death - which will render the Byakugan he holds useless for transplanting purposes.

Not that I'm upset that is the case. Naruto is already ridiculously strong. He doesn't need an ocular jutsu on top of that (that's why Hinata is right there beside him).

That... and I'd call extreme BS if he could be given a byakugan transplant under battlefield conditions within a practical time-frame given the situation they face. One would think the you don't just simply pop an eyeball into your socket and you suddenly gain the ability to use a blood-line ability without any kind of healing or learning curve.

We already know Ao had one already and i think this crumbles your thoughts about getting a Byakugan and remember Kakashi, He could use his Sharingan right after he got it from Obito... and yet, we already know nothing is impossible for Naruto to do It doesnt matter to be a do-justu or not but Naruto can use Byakugan for sensing the Juubi...
