[Discussion] Who thinks kishi should have just kept madara being tobi.

Izuna is still my choice but yeah him actually being Madara would of been good i thought Tobi / Madara was badass until i saw the Real Madara lol but it kinda had to be Obito

Madara was to old to be alive
Izuna was to predictable
No one knew about Kagami lol
Obito is the only character who had character development and a connection the some main characters

To finish the series without revealing Tobi but giving us clues would be the ultimate ending. Would've loved to see some put-it-together-yourself instead of just revealing him so suddenly.

Hard to say....he adds a wonderful sense of conflict for Kakashi. Very dramatic.

Only problem is he used his mangekyio without having it unlocked....he is destroying the world for Rin's death....sure love is understandable, but it wasn't reciprocated and he didn't bother to figure out what happened...

1st thing was the name... really
2nd thing why else would they introduce obito? who honestly cares how kakashi got his eye. i dont.
3rd the MS tech. Kakashi can warp people and tobi can do the same. hmmm i wonder who he is...
4th when it showed half his face he even looked like obito.. seriously guys i mean there are more things than this but for everyone thinking that tobi was Madaras brother was stupid.

Actually, I think Obito being Tobi was the best choice. He actually is connected to the character living today, which adds a bit of a intriguing tension to the battlefield and it gave Kakashi some wonderful character development. Also Kishi is pleasing two different fanbases; Madara represents the arrogant villains that do it for the lulz, like Deidara, Hidan, Kakazu and Orochimaru while Obito represents the villains that were once the good guys, but turned evil due to a traumatic experience like Nagato, Gaara and Sasuke.

The only thing that Kishi messed up on was his backstory. I say this with caution because Kishi might not be 'done' yet with this character, just like Itachi and Nagato's full history were explained after their battles were done.

Obito has added a whole new dimension to this manga! (no pun intended... kamui) but that being said, I thought the stupid old orange Tobi was a wonderful character and laughingstock character! Tobi never was a good boy...

Izuna, Kagami, Or Madara wouldn't have been interesting enough, we knew how good of person obito originally was and he brings out more questions than the other candidates would

The story would have worked just the same way with no difference. Kishi decided to do it that way to make the obstacle higher I'd say.

I think Obito is still the most suitable, after all it was obvious since he had the same Mangekyo Sharingan as Kakashi and said some really ironic things...
