Who the hell is Shikashi?

I probably got this wrong, but why Kakashi said "Shi... ...Kashi" when he was thinking about Tobi.
I'm not sure, but if it turns out Tobi is some new character created from nothing, i will be really dissapointed.
Knowing Kishi, this Shikashi Uchiha might be it. Which was never mentioned and makes Tobi lame as hell, making his identity a complete waste of time and all the predictions pointless.

At least we know a bit of Obito and Izuna, and they could relate to the plot and have connections.
I hope Tobi doesn't turn out to be a random lameass character just to screw with the predictions.

Kakasi was lost in thought. And that was guy yelling his name and kakashi only hearing the shi part then he hears the kaka part and then he snaps back into focus to hear kakashi being yelled at him by guy.

Think it's quite clear now. tobi most likely is shi-sui uchiha, who actually should be dead (the grave is shown). what supports this is the fact that danzou took one of shisuis eyes (where the rinnegan sits now) as well as shisuis right arm and shoulder.
