He's an up and coming rapper, he's known for the song Vans.
He used to be in "The Pack," and IMO isn't a very good rapper. But for some reason he's popular, and a lot of people called him Based God. It's pretty funny, a popular saying for his fans is "Thank You Based God."
Also, The Carter IV is terrible :|

Not true, there are still some artists left that have been active for a long time who didn't change or are still awesome as fuq. For example, Jedi Mind Tricks etc. . . But seems like they belong to the 0.0000000000001%
