tsunades strength is enhanced by her chakra,and her taijutsu skills arent shown to be adept or impressive. shes just strong and even that is an augmentation. IMO tsunade dosent even belong on the top 5 taijutsu users

naruto and kabuto arent that good at taijutsu they were good at sm which enhances their taijutsu but they themselves are not using top teir taijutsu. as far as taijutsu is concerned i think characters should be judged at their base strengts. when you start adding chakra and power ups it becomes more than just taijutsu
