Who suppose to get the most PRAISE in the shinobi world,Naruto or Itachi?

itachi if he didnt stop edo then the alliance would have never been able to back up naruto and they all would have died. they still had tons of strong people out there fighting

did naruto save the vilage at age 12-13. nope did naruto spie on the tobi and and the rest of them and not get caught. nope. did naruto stop edo nope. did naruto defeat nagato the second strongest in the edo army nope. itachi only died at 21 and he has done more ofr the village than anybody else

Actaully naruto is also doing his own part for the world,
Heck even Minato did more for Konoha than itachi!

See,don't get me wrong. Am up for both helping konoha in their own way!
Do you think if naruto didn't save konoha,the village itachi strived to protect will still exist!
Its just that I can't compare both,but for an uchiha fan,its always an uchiha!!
Don't get me wrong,itachi and sasuke are my favorite uchiha's!

I will be honest here....naruto is the main character...has done awesome things...saved the village...i agree to that...however if you think about itachi....the guy sacrificed almost everything and chose to live as a traitor and villain in the villagers' eyes.....expecting no acknowledgement in return....just to make sure that his brother and his village are safe....as long as he lived...his only purpose was protecting konoha....even when he was revived...that very purpose didn't change.....the village never knew about his truth and went on hating him, but still he kept on protecting it till his last moments without expecting anything in return.....he remained hidden in the shadows and guarded the village, with his uncanny future sight, his plans, his intelligence, his power....he wanted to stop war and he did what he could do....and he sacrificed everything for that.....itachi lived a very painful life yet he didn't complain and died with a smike on his tace. He isn't a hero like naruto....he's far greater than that....haters gonna hate but that won't change the fact that itachi's greatness as a shinobi has surpassed that of everyone....kishi couldn't have portrayed his character in a better way.....

Itachi told Naruto (after fighting nagato) to work with his team than fight by himself because he already see what naruto is capable of and he will not last long in a battle by himself.

I agree itachi is. Entitled to some praise,because even in his death,he was protecting konoha!
But you'd have to know that if Naruto didn't defeat pain,the village itachi protected on so many account,would cease to exist!

totally Itachi, he gave up everything to protect the village, and his brother. I'm not saying Naruto wouldn't do that, it's just what Itachi did was extreme (slaughtering his clan and giving up his life for his brother). plus, Itachi is waaay stronger.

Naruto is a hero who appears in the last moment to save the day and is hailed by all....on the other hand...itachi is a guardian who keeps on protecting the village at any cost....remaining in the shadows and not expecting any1's acknowledgement....so people should at least RESPECT this person for what he has done, the pain he has gone through...naruto atleast has friends by his side...itachi carries with him the pain and guilt of killing his family and the burden for all the injustice he apparently had done to sasuke..yet secretly protecting him and carrying the heavy duty of protecting his village by living as an S class criminal......

Itachi never said Naruto won't last long in battle,what he said was he shouldn't shoulder every burden on himself,he should try letting others help,because if he doesn't,he would end up like madara.
He brouth up many examples,e.g Minato!

Itachi even commended naruto on extracting kurama's chakra.
And at the end he said he knows Naruto has gotten much stronger,and he doesn't need the crow to defeat sasuke!
Within the context of the show, Naruto should get the most praise....
Itachi did his heroic deeds to be framed as a villain.... naruto just defends the village and everyone knows about it.
If you ask me, Itachi deserves more praise from the fanbase because his role of protecting the village was MUCH harder than Naruto's.
