Narutos father was the hokage I'm sre things were taken care of in terms of support. remember its a military village basically they take care of there own. sasuke had an apartment to and notice how nice his was. prolly since the leaf killed the fam lol

Nobody but the Third Hokage and His Assistants and maybe some High-Anbu knew, it was tried to be kept a secret.

Sasuke was a known Uchiha, Naruto was an "Uzumaki" instead of being a Namikaze like he should've been. Yet again, it was for protection reasons.
