Who suffered more, Naruto or Sasuke?

Even Naruto agree's that he liked Sasuke because they were the same. They were both alone with nobody to take care of them. The difference was that Sasuke lost everything while Naruto could only dream of what it was like.

But more than this, Sasuke has been psychologically tortured by Itachi on several occasions. He then finds out that the village that kept him actually ordered Itachi to slaughter his family which means that he has no one he can rely on. So he has now also lost Khonoha as a home, so hes actually lost everything twice. Yes he left on his own to get power but hes protected Khonoha on several occasions, one was in the movie where he helps Naruto take down the Cloud Nin. But now its like a kick in the face, to him the village knew and was laughing at him behind his back while Naruto has become loved by the hypocrits that denied his existence.

Sasuke has lost everything and suffered unimaginable torture how can that compare to just being shunned?

Sasuke has definately suffered more, Naruto didnt have it easy by any means and a lesser person would have given up. But he did also technically have his parents inside him aswell which may or may not have helped in some way, he was never 'truly' alone while Sasuke was.

was ignored by the whole village except for the Hokage Until he became a Genin he then made a few friends but he was not completey accepted until he defeated Pain.

Sasuke
Knew his Parents & his clan but then they where slaughtered to keep the peace not that he knew that at the time. he had friends and all the girls that loved him but that was not the same he decided to keep to him self mostly.

i will say that they suffered equally

I woulve not killed my brother if i knew the truth but wait my brother loved me the most T-T And oh holly shit he is fighting besides me now but wait he is edo- thats a pain in tha ass.

oh and it was not Konoha that gave the mission it was the two elders Homura & Koharu & Danzo from Root the third Hokage tried to stop it but he could not Sasuke should be angry at them not konoha.

I think the more sasuke suffers the more Naruto suffers too.
Naruto could suffer a lot less if sasuke life wouldnt be soo messed up..

So sasuke got to see his own parents to begin with..on the other hand naruto didn't even got to know his parents (till later on of course) I think naruto wins this, IMO.

I kinda think Gaara suffered more, but I guess between sasuke and Naruto, I'd have to say Sasuke because losing your parents would probably be harder than having none to begin with.

Well they both have suffered greatly.
A)Naruto had nothing at a young age, that is severe trauma.
B)Sasuke had a family, but had to watch them all die through Itatchi's Genjutsu. It had to be pretty bad watching your loved ones get killed by the person you trusted most.
A)Naruto Slowly formed bonds, but watched one turn his back on him, and the other killed by the akatsuki.
B)Sasuke Finally got his revenge on his older brother, only to find out that his older brother loved him more than anything, and that his brother was being forced by the hidden leaf elders.

Basically, I think sasuke has suffered more as of recent, they have both had hardship, but Naruto is now a hero of the hidden leaf, and has lots of friends. Sasuke is still alone, but it is now of his own doing. Sasuke is justified I believe by wanting to get revenge for Itatchi, but he shouldn't blame the innocent people of the leaf for the elders mistakes.

Naruto found him self with the help of his Dad and Mother. As notice he was relieve from his pain. He now knows and understand the situation of his pain. While Sasuke falling into abyss pool of hate; One thing after another.

Its not hard to manipulate a child, i can convince my younger brother to give me one £1 coin in exchange for two 20pence peices (not that i keep them im trying to teach a lesson lol). The point is Sasuke's been manipulated from a very young age (and tortured no one ever remembers that). His perception of the world is different you keep applying the logic of someone who hasnt been through the same kind of suffering

Naruto was left alone all his life. Exploited by others and treated like dirt. Sasuke precocious student and lost his parents at a young age, that left him in the wake of a vendetta. So who do you think is a better person/Suffered more.

I would personally say Naruto, and I will calmly debate with anyone.

This is the classic debate over whether it is better to have loved and lost or to never have loved at all. Sauske had a happy childhood till the whole uchiha murder thing and then was miserable the rest of his life. Naruto had a horrible childhood and only recently started to fell accepted. Sauske was made to kill his own brother under false pretenses, naruto had the father figure in his life,jiraya , die. Wile I would say they have both suffered fairly equally, sauske had made his choice to walk his path of revenge alone while naruto has had to bare the weight of the entire ninja world on his shoulders more or less. From the outside looking in I would say sauske is suffing more but he chose that path, naruto on the other hand is suffering quite a lot and while he has chosen to try and become as powerful as he can be to protect those he loves he also bares a lot emotion and pain.

So in my opinion naruto is suffering more because sauske didn't have to be suffering this much

A lot of people are saying that Sasuke is still suffering but Naruto is also suffering because he hasn't saved his friend yet. Naruto knows that all of his other friends have given up on Sasuke, but he hasn't and that has continued to be a huge responsibility on him. Naruto's friends even said that Naruto seemed sadder ever since fighting Pain because he realizes the huge responsibility he has to Konoha and his friends. That is why I believe Naruto has always suffered more because Sasuke practically asked for suffering which is shown when he was younger and wouldn't be friends with all of his fanboys/fangirls in class while Naruto never had anyone care for him. Also, Naruto feels like it's his job to correct all of Sasuke's mistakes. He says so himself that he is the only one who can handle all of Sasuke's anger because HE HAS LIVED IT BEFORE. "I'll take all your anger and die with you." Ring any bells?

I personally think Sasuke. Even though I think Naruto had a horrible past close behind Sasuke's. Sasuke had something that was close and important to him then it was taken from him. His mother, father, aunt, uncle and fellow clans men dead in front of him seeing his brother being the killer. Then waking up in a hospital thinking it was a dream then realising the cut on your arm. Enforcing that it was real. Then killing his brother and finding out all that murder was for him. And at the beginning loved by everyone then becoming an s-rank criminal.

Naruto never had anyone to begin with. Which is better in my opinion than having it taken away from you. And was treated like trash and dirt and hated by almost everyone in the village because of having a monster inside of you that nearly destroyed the village. But by eventually making friends and having strong bonds. And after Pain invasion loved and hailed as a hero by everyone.

Personally I think Sasuke's is more horrible but Naruto's is very close behind.
