Minato.
-No massacre of Uchiha which mean no emo Sasuke and Itachi's death.
-Could have saved cost during war with sound + sand village.
-Could have saved cost during Pain invasion.
-Naruto would not be alone.

Pain (the good one)
-New "Rikudou Sennin" would be born.God one.
-The current war would be one sided war,good side ftw.
-Konan would not die perhaps.

I really believe Zabuzza should of been left alive. when people say he lost to a weak kakashi pre everything in the pre shippuden series was weak compared to the Shippuden series came, andcome on he went up against the 4 main characters.
I believe they could have done a lot more with him made him more deadly it would of been awesome to see a zabuzza vs kisame or even suigetsu fight

also Orochimaru he should be brought back somehow

No why? without them dead, Oro wouldn't have been evil, Oro wouldn't have made Otogakure, KImimaro and Hiruzen or the sound four wouldn't have died, Sasuke wouldn't have betrayed Konoha for power (he could've stayed in Konoha). Sasuke could've learned dragon sage mode, and Jiraiya wouldn't have died. No why? Oro would've helped him kill Nagato.

Minato. Uchiha clan wouldn't have been killed. Meaning Good Itachi and Sasuke.
