Who should Kaguya fear more?

Apparently the tensiegan is equal to the rinnegan so both

I think she should fear both, it was their power together that sealed her.

But between the 2, I'd say Hagoromo

Neither, only if they both have the yin and yang seal respectively. Tenseigan is only roughly equal to the rinnegan but tbh I think it could've done more if toneri had time to master it because feat wise a rinnegan user would neg a tenseigan user. I believe the yin seal is meant to amplify ones capabilities and the yang seal is meant to heal the physical aspect of someone. So through the yin seal hamura probably already had the tenseigan but that's just a guess because through the yin seal sasuke was able to use the black chidori.
