Sakumo Hatake, simply because of the hype of being stronger than all three Sannin together.

Sakumo was my first pick, it would be a lot more cool to see him alive. Maybe more kages? How did kabuto get the second mizukages corpse and not the thirds too? Maybe the third lost his body to the enemy in a battle. Uhm, Kushina? If Kushina was revived then naruto would've gotten to see both Edo minato and Kushina and possibly could put the two of them together in the same scene? Kabuto's orphan mom? If shisui was revived he'd have no eyes, and if jiraiya were revived he'd have no arm. Can't think of anyone rlsr

If shisui was edo he would have eyes just as madara had his original eyes but lost them when he was revived...and if jiraya was bought back he would have both arms
