Orochimaru is the best villian in the series. It is nice to see him not good nor evil but just their but he is waiting to see what Sasuke is going to do. He follows no one really. Plus he has his hands back and his second in charge just open the snake mode.

Not saying it will be him but the best is Orochimaru for the final and his theme music is the best only second to pain theme music.

the final villain will always be sasuke he hasn't changed one bit. it is fate he cant overcome hatred like naruto did at the fall of truth, he would still give in and the battle between sasuke and naruto is inevitable like madara and hashirama's, even the sage toad geezer saw their battle in a vision.

Your post is flawed, there are currently three shinobi with "the power in the eye". So there is not much fact pointing it must be sasuke.
