Who should ACTUALLY be running the Naruto anime

You'd rather have Naruto's animation be like RWBY's (technically not even an anime U_U)? RWBY's animation sucks (other than the fights). I'm not a fan of Naruto's animation, but RWBY's is terrible.

To be fair I haven't watched it.

Just, anything like...Bones where the animation at least remains consistent and doesn't differ in style and quality every single episode is good enough for me. Bone's animation doesn't cost a fortune and that's because it understands it's own style it gives the characters and it's incorporated into the end product. Naruto is run by animators with ADD and twiddle their own dicks whilst they get some interns to do the next filler episode for them.
